Welcome to Neurah (“Neurah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Neurah mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the

“Service”). By accessing or using Neurah, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

Neurah is a mental wellness support tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider.

• Neurah does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Neurah is not a substitute for professional therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.
• Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or thoughts of self-harm, please contact local emergency services immediately or call the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (U.S.) at 988.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Neurah. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as needed

4. Acceptable Use

• Use Neurah for unlawful or harmful activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app
• Use the Service to provide emergency or clinical services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Al-Driven Features

Neurah may include Al-powered features designed to offer general guidance, reflection, or wellness support.

• Al responses may be imperfect or inaccurate
• You understand and accept the limitations of Al-generated content.
• Al output should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or emergency decisions

6. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., journal entries)
• You grant Neurah a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service We do not sell personal journaling or private user content.

7. Donations & Payments

Neurah may offer optional donations or paid features.

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe)

8. Third-Party Services

Neurah may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Termination

You may stop using Neurah at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required to comply with law or protect users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Neurah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law
