1) Subscriptions & Billing (iPhone/iPad)
To manage, change, or cancel your subscription:
Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Neurah.
If you can’t access premium after subscribing, email us and include:
The email you use in Neurah
A screenshot of your subscription status (if possible)
2) Account & Login Issues
If you can’t log in or reset your password, email support and tell us what’s happening (include screenshots if you can).
3) Bug Reports
If something isn’t working, please send:
Device model (ex: iPhone 14)
iOS version
What you expected to happen vs what happened
Screenshots or screen recording (if possible)
4.) Data Requests & Account Deletions
You can request a copy of your data or request deletion of your Neurah account and associated data at any time.
To request deletion: email alex@neurahapp.com from the email address associated with your Neurah account with the subject line “Delete My Account.”
Please include the email you use in Neurah so we can locate the correct account.
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some information (such as purchase records) may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, resolving billing issues).
